Fontana, California, July 1, 2011 – The Mayor and City Council invite the public to register for Just ABS, an abdominal exercise class offered at the Heritage Neighborhood Center, located at 7350 W. Liberty Parkway, Fontana, Ca 92336.
Just ABS offers a class focused on exercises that strengthen and sculpt the entire abdominal area. The class is for individuals age 12 and older and takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. The fee for this class is $20.00 for a full four-week session.
