Learn The Art Of The Elevator Speech

LEARN THE ART OF THE ELEVATOR SPEECH AT THE INLAND EMPIRE WOMEN’S BUSINESS CENTER
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Can you market yourself, your business, or your product to someone in less than 3 minutes? You can, once you master the art of the “elevator speech” at Cal State’s Inland Empire Women’s Business Center’s workshop on Thursday, May 10.
The “elevator speech” is short, persuasive presentation of who you are, what you do, or what you sell. “Creating a Persuasive Elevator Speech” will focus on teaching participants to craft short presentations that they can deliver in any situation. Topics include:
• How to focus on a target market
• How to create a memorable and compelling story
• How to connect with your audience
• An opportunity to practice these new skills in a fun, supportive setting
The workshop will be held on Thursday, May 10 from 6-8 p.m. at the IEWBC office, 202 E. Airport Drive in San Bernardino. Cost is $20 for those who register online, and $25 for all others. Space is limited, so register today at www.iewbc.org or call 909-890-1242.
