We will discuss how you can gain access to monthly updates on court decisions and legislative developments that every California HR professional needs to know to be up to date.
The session will also expose you to resources such as SHRM’s HR Knowledge Center advisors who are certified and seasoned HR practitioners. They can provide you with guidance and advice to help you and your company thrive in the complex HR landscape here in California, across the country and globally too!
Our Presenter
Our presenter will be Jon Decoteau, SHRM-SCP, SHRM Divisional Director West. Jon has held senior HR leadership roles at several iconic companies including eBay, The Coca-Cola Company, Motorola, Nissan Motor Corporation and General Dynamics. Jon brings expertise in business partner consulting, transformation, strategy and operations. Jon also brings his experience in metrics/measurement, compensation, staffing and HRIS.
