San Bernardino, April 23, 2014– Registration is open for the “Small Business Thursdays Sales Coaching and Rally,” a group training program offered by San Bernardino Employment and Training Agency.
“The program is geared to small businesses interested in learning how to increase sales and revenue,” said Melissa Luna of SBETA. Key points focus on easy to follow sales processes and insights of what does and does not work for successful sales. The program will be held May 1 at the SBETA headquarters, 600 N. Arrowhead Avenue, Suite 300 in San Bernardino, and will include a light lunch.
Jeannette Hait of Hearing Aid Health Care says that the training program has shown positive results for her business. “We increased unit sales by sixty-six percent in only forty-five days simply by using the step-by-step tools and sales coaching…to fix our broken process and create one that works,” said Hait. “You cannot afford not to work with Small Business Thursdays.”
Chris Williams and Martha Hanlon, authors of Customers Are The Answer To Everything, will conduct a 90 minute workshop as part of SBETA’s no-cost, hi-impact group-sales coaching program.
“With the help of Chris Williams and Martha Hanlon we increased our sales thirty percent in 2013…and we’re on track to double revenue in 2014,” said Ray Anderson, President of Anderson Business Consulting.
