Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. (March 18, 2014) – The National Education Advocacy and Training, Inc. (NEAT) is hosting its March Alliance Forum on Thursday, March 20th from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. The event will be held at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in the San Manuel Room at 4000 E. Ontario Center Parkway in the city of Ontario, California.
This forum is designed to create new alliances that will change the economic vitality of local communities. NEAT will showcase current alliances and introduce the “Advancing California” program. The program was developed to help clear the obstacles employers face and find the solutions they need. The purpose is to bridge the gap between employers that are in need of personnel with customized training as well as individuals who are seeking to gain employment and career growth opportunities.
“This initiative was designed to create a solution to unemployment – the biggest difference in what NEAT has to offer, we start with the needs of the Businesses.” said Phil Sanchez, NEAT President and CEO.
NEATs goal is to facilitate InVITE alliances between funding sources, educators and job placement organizations within the community and in turn help the Inland Empire obtain empowerment through a Collective Impact Group. These alliances form a support system that helps to improve the skill level of the employment base which leads to long lasting careers. NEAT is a solution that is motivated by community spirit, made of community participants and embodies the ideals of a wholesome America where neighbors help neighbors.
