UPCOMING SMALL BUSINESS WORKSHOP – Understanding Your Financials
Know Your Numbers! Understanding the basics of accounting and finance is vital if you are planning to succeed in business! This seminar will give you a basic overview of accounting and finance principles for a small business and provide you with the framework to make timelier and accurate business decisions. The Understanding Your Financial Statements workshop will be presented by an SBDC Business Consultant and will cover topics such as Accounting Methods, Financial Statements & Ratios, Break Even Analysis, Costing Your Products, Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.
This seminar will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 9:00 am – Noon at the Moreno Valley Conference Center located at 14075 Frederick Street, Alessandro Room A in Moreno Valley. This seminar is sponsored by the City of Moreno Valley; there will be no charge to attend. Pre-registration prior to the seminar is strongly recommended, as seating is limited.
