Mutual of Omaha Bank leases space at Victoria Promenade

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — US Hung Wui Investment Inc., property owner of Victoria Promenade, is pleased to announce that Mutual of Omaha Bank has leased approximately 4,600 square feet of commercial space at the mixed-used commercial center in Rancho Cucamonga. Mutual of Omaha Bank will use the space, located at 11930 Foothill Blvd., as its new full-service community bank in the Inland Empire. The new location is scheduled to open later this fall.

Victoria Promenade is a 136,000 square-foot office and retail center built in 2009 that is currently occupied by Four Points by Sheraton, Union 76, Color Tile, Subway, Farmers Insurance, Edward Jones Financial Services and Chronic Tacos. Mutual of Omaha Bank has leased Building D that fronts Foothill Blvd.

The 7-year lease was negotiated by John Ewart, senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis, who represented Mutual of Omaha Bank.
