Economist Christopher Thornberg to present findings
WHAT: NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter will host Christopher Thornberg, economist and Founding Partner of Beacon Economics, LLC. Thornberg will address how real estate dynamics, labor markets and business forecasting influence regional economies. There will also be two dynamic panels of experts who will discuss the latest and largest transactions in the Inland Empires development industry and what could be around the corner for the regions economy.
WHO: The Owner/Developers panel will include Edward P. Roski, Jr., Chairman of the Board and CEO of Majestic Realty Co.; Andrew Lax, Managing Director of The Blackstone Group; Bryan Bentrott, Managing Director, Acquisitions and Leasing of DEXUS Property Group; moderated by Christopher R. Ludeman, President, Americas Brokerage & Capital Markets of CB Richard Ellis.
The Local Market Experts panel will include: Steven J. Bellitti, Senior Executive Vice President of Colliers International; Peter McWilliams, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle; Stephen Silk, Senior Managing Director of Eastdil Secured; moderated by Michael Del Santo, Senior Director of CBRE Investors.
