NAIOP IE Aims to Raise $15K for Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House

Developing Leaders with NAIOP Inland Empire have pledged to raise $15,000 for the upcoming Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House Walk for Kids™ 5K fundraiser starting at 8 a.m. at the Citizens Business Bank Arena, 4000 East Ontario Center Pkwy in Ontario, on Sunday April 7.

The chapter’s Developing Leaders Chairman Steve Haston and his co-captain Eloy Covarrubias of Lee & Associates, Ontario have registered Team NAIOP to help support the event’s effort to raise funds and awareness for the services provided to special-needs children and their families. NAIOP Inland Empire event chairs Paige Fullmer and Summer Coulter are also assisting in coordinating the chapter’s participation.

“We all feel privileged to be working with such a noble charity,” said Haston. “We hope our local connections and NAIOP’s rich network will earn more donations than the Ronald McDonald House has ever seen. It’s been a great experience to see how eager the chapter’s membership and the industry is to give back to the community.”

NAIOP Inland Empire is reaching out to the community for walking participants, donors and event volunteers. Volunteer opportunities include set up, check in, road guards, crowd control, snack/ water stations, kids zone and first aid.
