Ontario, CA – While the national homeownership rates for millennials are typically estimated to be between 32 to 35 percent, at New Haven, the master-planned community within the Inland Empire’s Ontario Ranch, millennials make up more than 40% of all homebuyers. The reason may be its mix of high-speed data infrastructure, resort-style amenities and unique architectural and community design.

Three new neighborhoods recently opened, expanding the range of both architectural options as well as price points. At Solstice, a collection of two-story townhomes, residences span up to approximately 1,500 feet and include two to three bedrooms great rooms, modern kitchens and two-car garages. Homes in this neighborhood start from the mid $300,000s.

Detached, single-family Poppy homes are priced from the mid $400,000s and are designed to encourage indoor/outdoor living. Centered around courtyards, the homes offer three to four bedrooms, and 2.5 to three baths. Modern kitchens, upstairs laundry rooms and open-plan living areas are included in the homes, which are approximately 1,892 – 2,110 square feet.

The largest new homes are found in the Marigold neighborhood, where detached residences span towards 3,100 square feet and come in either cottage, American farmhouse and Spanish Colonial architectural styles.

Expansive great rooms, gourmet kitchens, first-floor bedrooms that can be converted into home offices and covered outdoor rooms are included in all homes, which include up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Connected Home technology is available in all Marigold homes, allow homeowners to control door locks, lights, and thermostats from their smartphones or tablets. Prices start from the $500,000s.
