Omnitrans Hosts Workshops for Local Contractors

Work opportunities are available for rapid transit project

WHAT: Omnitrans, the public transit agency serving San Bernardino Valley, invites general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to a workshop to learn about the federally-funded E. Street Corridor sbX Bus Rapid

Transit construction project in San Bernardino and Loma Linda.

The project is scheduled to start in mid-2011. The workshop will provide a forum for companies and individuals to meet and explore partnership opportunities on the construction project. Contract opportunities are available for contractors in areas such as paving, solar installation, architectural engineering and landscaping.

WHEN: Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2010 – 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
