Ontario Chamber of Commerce to honor the men and women of the Ontario Police Department on May 10th, 2016
Ontario, California – The Ontario Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors will honor the men and women of the Ontario Police Department on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Ontario Airport.
The Ontario Chamber of Commerce continues its 56 year tradition by honoring those that serve and protect the City of Ontario. The Ontario Police Department will proudly recognize several officers for their meritorious service and acts of bravery. In connection with 125th year anniversary of the City of Ontario and Ontario Police Department, the business community is able to sponsor two officers to the event for $125. The company’s logo will be included in the official program for the event. “We have a goal of 125 officers and their families attending this special event in recognition of our deep appreciation for the work that they do every day and the sacrifices that the families and loved ones endure to protect all of us” said Peggi Hazlett, President/CEO of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. “A special presentation will be made to the Widows and Orphans Fund this year as a tribute to those that have made the ultimate sacrifice.”
