Palm Desert: Business Insurance and You Workshop

PALM DESERT, CA. – Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center will present “Business Insurance and You”, a workshop about your business insurance needs, on Thursday, April 17.

The workshop will take place from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the CVWBC office at 77-806 Flora Road, Suite A in Palm Desert, which is just off of Washington and the 10 Freeway. Cost for the workshop is $20 with online registration (www.cvwbc.org) or $25 at the door.

In this workshop, the discussion will center around the individual entrepreneur’s insurance needs. While no one wants a business to fail due to lack of insurance, neither do they want to over-insure and pay out dollars that are precious, especially in that first year or two of business. The information presented by this broker can help to determine what is necessary and what is not.

Instructor for the workshop is Sal Sandoval, Principal for Desert Empire Insurance, and longtime volunteer for CVWBC.

For more information, or to register for the workshop, contact Kim Scanlan at (760) 345-9200. To register online, visit the CVWBC website at www.cvwbc.org.
