Palm Desert: How to Network Effectively – Thant is the Question

COACHELLA VALLEY WOMEN’S BUSINESS CENTER PRESENTS “HOW TO NETWORK EFFECTIVELY – THAT IS THE QUESTION”

PALM DESERT, Calif. – Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center, a grant-funded program of the U.S. Small Business Administration that provides free business counseling, free and low-cost workshops and events, and mentoring, will present, “How to Network Effectively – That is the Question” with Shawnna Trombetta.

This workshop will take place on Tuesday, July 24 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the CVWBC office at 77806 Flora Road, Suite A, just off the 10 freeway in Palm Desert. The cost for the workshop is $15 with online registration; $20 at the door.

Participants will learn some of the “tricks of the trade”, including where to go, how to avoid getting “stuck” with the same crowd, how to polish up listening skills, how and when to follow up, and much more..

Facilitator Shawnna Trombetta is President of Clique-In Corporation, a local internet marketing company, who has many years experience in marketing at the local and regional level, and has spent her career networking for herself and the companies she represents.

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only.

The program provides services in English and Spanish to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country.

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The CVWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for, but not limited to, women business owners.
