PALM DESERT: Windermere Employees Present Check and Fans for Patients and Seniors

Windermere Employees Present Check and Fans for Patients and Seniors

This is the eighth year that the Nightingale Society of the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is collecting new fans, portable air-conditioners and evaporative coolers for VNA patients and vulnerable seniors in the Valley who need relief from the summer heat.

Joining with local Senior Centers who help collect and distribute fans, VNA is also benefitting from a partnership with Windermere Real Estate. Windermere employees have been generously taking time to solicit donations and fans from local businesses and the public.

A check for donations collected will be presented to the Fan Club along with the many new fans, evaporative coolers, and portable air conditioners that have been generously donated.
