The Riverside Black History Parade and Expo has been a popular annual tradition for 39 years. This cultural event, held annually on the 2nd Saturday of February, will take place Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. in downtown Riverside.

Artists from throughout Southern California to recognize Black History Month. “African Americans Press On Through Art and Media” opens at the Museum on Feb. 1 and continues through Feb. 25.

The Beta Delta Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa is co-hosting a blood drive with LifeStream, the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

The 3rd Annual Hesperia New Book Festival will take place on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018 from 3 to 7 p.m.

The viewing will be at the Bell Tower from 3:30 a.m. to 6 a.m.

Riverside Mayor Rusty Bailey will deliver his sixth State of the City address at the Riverside Convention Center on Jan. 25, which will center around the theme “Create Value for Future Generations.” 

This event is another opportunity to celebrate and support the Countywide Vision’s literacy campaign, Vision2Read. The Superhero event will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 23 from 4 to 7 p.m

The San Bernardino County Museum has announced the 2018 Dome Talks series lineup.
