Riverside, CA – The Pink Ribbon Thrift will celebrate its new store move with a Grand Opening at its new location, Monday, October 2, 2017 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm located at 5924 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA 92506.
Guests can expect to enjoy light refreshments, silent auctions and a fusion of jazzy folk and blues music, performed live, by Nathan Rivera and Jessie Andra Smith.
The Pink Ribbon Thrift team has been curating specialty product for the Grand Opening for over five months. Products include: sterling silver and gold jewelry, Lladro, Waterford crystal, Victorian Era jewelry, Native American and Mexican sterling jewelry, Lalique glass, vintage home goods and fashion, antiques, interior decorating pieces, designer handbags and high-end boutique clothing.
“Pink Ribbon Thrift has been fortunate enough to have generous donors from its inception,” says Nicole Stovicek, Manager of Pink Ribbon Thrift. “Over the years, the team has made a deliberate effort to treat donations with care, researching pieces thoroughly and merchandising thoughtfully. That effort combined with the fact that 100% of the store’s proceeds go to support local families impacted by breast cancer, has created an atmosphere that leaves donors feeling good about parting with some of their more prized possessions.”
This November marks the Pink Ribbon Thrift’s fifth year anniversary. Its presence in Riverside and dedication to the community does not go unnoticed; Pink Ribbon Thrift is ranked number one, according to Yelp’s Top Ten Thrift Store’s in Riverside. However, fashion is not their only feature, Pink Ribbon Thrift functions to support a much greater cause.
Whether you are donating, shopping or volunteering, 100% of the proceeds at The Pink Ribbon Thrift go to support local families impacted by breast cancer through Riverside Community Health Foundation’s cancer resource center, The Pink Ribbon Place.
