Raising Capital From Private Lenders

RAISING CAPITAL FROM PRIVATE LENDERS
ONTARIO – Attend small business funding seminar featuring Mishael Ondieki, author and investor, on Friday, May 4th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Ayres Hotel – Ontario Convention Center, 1945 East Holt Boulevard, in Ontario, California. Ondieki will teach methods outlined in his new book entitled, Dump the Banks: Nine Ways to Raise Private Money for Your Small Business.

Basing his education on his new book, Dump the Banks: Nine Ways to Raise Private Money for Your Small Business, Ondieki is teaching the same funding models used by founders of multi-national companies, such as Wal-Mart and Tyson Foods and even Warren Buffet. Ondieki is working with chambers of commerce and other trade organizations to educate small businesses on how to raise capital from private lenders, regardless of their credit history or rating.

Ondieki says that many people with ideas for business start-ups are unable to execute their ideas due to lack of capital and the inability to borrow from banks since banks have tightened lending rules following the great recession.

Ondieki further explains that with the persistent recession, more than 4.5 million small businesses collapsed bruising their creditworthiness.

Ondieki says that with the internet, people are now able to borrow private money without even knowing the lenders. He cites a case where the inventor of the LunaTik Tik Tok watch band was able to raise in excess of $900,000 from private lenders after his bank application for a loan of $15,000 had been turned down.

Mishael Ondieki is an investor, a small business entrepreneur of more than 10 years, and author of Billionaires Guide to Foreclosure. He has been featured on CBS KCAL 9 News.
