Supporting the Redlands Bowl

The Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival story began in 1923 with the founding of the Redlands Community Music Association (RCMA) by a woman with a vision – Grace Stewart Mullen. Mrs. Mullen’s vision was that “music is for everyone,” and should be accessible to all regardless of their ability to pay for admission. Her dream of bringing professional quality, classically oriented, music-based performing arts to her community has prospered for over 86 years. The Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival holds the distinction of being the oldest continuous music festival in the United States at which no admission is charged. Since its inception in 1923, an estimated eight million people have attended an evening of entertainment under the stars at the Redlands Bowl.

We believe that “Music is for everyone.”  Individuals, businesses, civic organizations, service clubs, and foundations generously provide the financial support to perpetuate that vision. We invite you to offer your support according to your financial ability, and become a participant in this ongoing legacy of providing musical excellence without admission charge.

Thank you for assisting us in assuring a solid foundation of support for the performing arts and for future programming of “music under the stars” at the Redlands Bowl.

If you would like to add your support and need additional information about gift and investment opportunities, please contact Beverly Noerr, RCMA Executive Director, at (909) 793-7316, or email: info@redlandsbowl.org.
