Ontario- West End Shelter for Animals, established in 1954, is a non-profit no kill animal center for pet placement and adoption center where approximately 200 homeless dogs and cats currently await placement. The shelter serves many communities, including the San Bernardino & Riverside Counties.
West End Shelter for Animals is holding its 2nd annual Walk ‘n’ Wag-a-thon on Saturday, October 8th 2011 at 10a at Prado Regional Park, Chino.
EVENT DETAILS:
- 2ND Annual Walk ‘n’ Wag-a-thon “5K” Fundraiser – Guest Emcee KFROG 95.1FM DJ Heather Froglear!
- Saturday October 8, 2011 – SAME DAY registration begins 8:30a, Walk begins 10a
- Prado Regional Park, 16700 S. Euclid Avenue, Chino – Shelter A, Lot 7 ($10 park entrance fee applies)
- “RENT” a shelter dog to walk! – $5 donation, first-come, first-served
- SAME DAY Registration is $20 per adult. Children 12 and under are free, dogs on leash free (current license required)
