Big Bear – TV personality Ron Seymour, well-known in Big Bear Valley for his ‘Round Town with Ron’ televised show; is recuperating in a medical facility in Victorville. He recently became ill and was hospitalized last week.
Ron and his camera have been partnered for years taking video footage of local events, school projects, businesses and points of interest. Being a longtime resident in Big Bear he knows its history as well as he is a friend with many people. His Channel 6 show airs 7 days a week at 8:00 a m and 5:00 p m. While Ron is not doing his ‘live’ broadcasts there will be reruns of his best productions airing at the same scheduled times. Some of the recent work he has covered are: the U.S. Marines fly-in and 7 Stars presentation, Team Jordan and updates of Caltrans progress of the Big Bear Bridge Project.
