SAN BERNARDINO: 97th Annual Festival at the National Orange Show Returns

97th Annual Festival at the National Orange Show Returns Memorial Day Weekend
GCF Events announces their upcoming production at the National Orange Show Events Center
San Bernardino, Calif – GCF Events along with Ray Cammack Shows (RCS) is back with their third newly revitalized production of The Festival at the National Orange Show. An annual tradition of the National Orange Show Organization for 101 years (with the exception of 4 years during WWII), the festival was adopted by the two companies in 2010. With a resume that includes carnivals such as the Orange County Fair, San Diego County Fair, Los Angels County Fair, and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, The Festival organizers promise another dynamic production focused on family-friendly rides and entertainment.

The Festival will include five fun-filled days of exciting attractions, free live entertainment (with paid admission), unique art exhibits, local community stage performances, mouth-watering fair food, state-of-the-art carnival rides and more.

RCS has a reputation for providing the biggest and best carnival rides available. Their over 100-foot Ferris wheel, called the Grand Wheel, is no exception. One of the largest portable wheels traveling the West Coast, the Grand Wheel is equipped with thousands of programmed LED lights that flash in magnificent patterns—a truly a spectacular sight when the sun goes down.

“Most carnivals have a Merry Go Round or Carousel, a Tilt a Whirl, and a Ferris wheel,” commented Tony Fiori, Director of Marketing & PR for RCS. “Some feel it’s not a carnival midway without those staples. We agree. But we also feel that children and teenagers are almost over- entertained. They expect more than we did. We believe it is mandatory that our mix of rides is the best, with the most thrills, or our teenagers won’t be back. Because of this, we purchase new rides every year.”

“With gas prices on the rise, we are focusing on providing an extremely affordable local alternative for families,” commented Tony Fiori, Director of Media Marketing for RCS.
