Second Session of 2011 Moonridge Animal Park Docent Classes Starting Up

If you appreciate being around wildlife plus working with people who feel the same, why not become a docent with the Friends of the Moonridge Zoo?

The Friends of the Moonridge Zoo are starting their 2nd Series of their Adult Education Program that will run four consecutive Thursdays 11:00 am – 1:00 pm beginning this week May 12, 2011.  To register or for more information, please contact the Friends of the Moonridge Zoo Office (909) 878-4200.  The first meeting will be held in the Friends of the Moonridge Zoo Office at 42001 Suite 3 Big Bear Blvd.  All other meetings will be held in the Moonridge Animal Park.

The Friends of the Moonridge Zoo was formed in 1989 as a non-profit public benefit corporation whose purpose is to support the Moonridge Animal Park through: (1) Educating the public regarding treatment, protection, and conservation of wildlife; (2) Recruiting and coordinating zoo volunteers; and (3) Fundraising.
