September 11th Remembrance Ceremony and Fontana Police Department Expansion Dedication

Fontana, California, August 5, 2013. The Mayor and City Council invite the public to remember the events that occurred on September 11th, 2001 and dedicate the newly expanded Fontana Police Department facilities. The event will transpire on Tuesday, September 11th, at 5:00 p.m. The events will take place at the Fontana Police Station located 17005 Upland Avenue.

This event will remember September 11th, 2001, this day in history shook not only the United States of America, but the entire world. Twelve years later, the City of Fontana would like to commemorate the event by offering a remembrance ceremony which will include a chance to listen to testimonies from guest speakers and light refreshments will be available.

Bring the family for a day of celebration as Fontana dedicates the newly renovated Fontana Police Department. Take a tour of the police station, explore emergency response vehicles and children can experience Mobile Recreation activities.
