Staffing Company Helps Applicants Update Resumes
First 25 responders will get free review

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Finesse Staffing, a personnel agency with offices in California and Arizona, is providing free resume assessments to help job seekers improve their applications.

The first 25 responders will have their resumes reviewed and updated by Finesse recruiters. Sarah Cullins, president of Finesse Staffing, said that this is a great opportunity for job seekers to get free advise that will help them polish their resumes and improve their chances of getting hired.

“Resumes are even more important nowadays, since most recruiting is done online,” Cullins said. “The assessments will give job seekers the opportunity to have their resumes looked over by people whose job is to look for great candidates. Our recruiters know what makes a resume stand out.”

One tip Cullins offers candidates is tailoring their resumes to fit each application, and using key words that are mentioned in the job description.

“Recruiters get thousands of resumes, so if they don’t see a match in the skill set they move onto the next one,” Cullins said. “Job seekers have to capture their attention quickly if they want to get called in for an interview.”
