Stars Set to Shine at 2nd Annual Agua Caliente Invitation Charity Golf Tournament

PALM SPRINGS, CA—The 2nd Annual Agua Caliente Celebrity Invitational Charity Golf Tournament will swing into the Indian Canyons Golf Resort May 16th with some great help from a variety of sports stars and celebrities, including popular comedian Kathleen Madigan.

Madigan will kick off the festivities with a charity performance at 7:00pm on May 15th at The Show at Agua Caliente
Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage. Her special brand of quick wit and clever comebacks is intended to open the hearts (and wallets) of players and guests alike, raising funds for 5 local charities: Guide Dogs of the Desert, Scars to Freedom, The Coachella Valley Autism Society, The American Diabetes Association, and the Western Coachella Valley Police Activities League. The Agua Caliente Invitational Charity Golf Tournament is an 18-hole, four person best ball scramble on Monday, May 16th, set to begin with registration at 7:30am, and a shotgun start at 9:00am. Celebrities scheduled to appear (subject to availability) include: Lindsey Wagner, Robert Hays, Al Geigberger, Cheech Marin, and Gary Plummer, as well as former NFL players Christian Okoye, Eric Dickerson, Dwight Hicks, Leroy Irwin, and former MLB pitcher Scott Erickson.
