Student Artwork on Display at the Art Depot

Fontana, California – The Mayor and City Council invite the public to the annual Fontana Unified School District high school art show at the Art Depot Gallery.

“This is a mid-year show that we host for the High schools to let the students showcase in a gallery setting and receive recognition for their work thus far in the school year,” said Courtney Hodnick, Community Services Coordinator at the Art Depot Gallery. “Usually we get all the High schools to participate.”

The show will run from November 30 to December 17. A reception will be held on December 3, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. At the reception winners will be announced, and there will be live music and entertainment.

The Art Depot Gallery is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Fontana Arts Program focuses on enriching life in the Fontana Community through the arts. For more information about the FUSD show and other Fontana Arts events and programs, please visit arts.fontana.org or call (909) 349-6900.
