Student Nurses to Provide Exercise & Health Tips at Fontana’s Farmers’ Market

Fontana, California, March 13, 2013. The Mayor and the City Council encourage the public to attend Fontana’s Farmers’ Market Saturday’s from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is located in the Center Stage Theater parking lot on the corner of Sierra Avenue and Arrow Boulevard.

On Saturday, March 16, student nurses from California State University San Bernardino will be present to demonstrate the benefits of exercising and appropriate ways to do yoga, stretching, cardio and weight bearing exercises.

After visiting the nursing students, take advantage of the selection of fresh, local, organically grown produce. Broccoli, pineapples, lettuce and mangos are in season!

Spend $10 or more at the farmers’ market and receive a free kitchen item from Fontana’s Farmers’ Market Kitchen Collection set.

The market accepts Debit and EBT cards.
