Teamsters Joint Council 42 and Local 911 Endorse Lee Rogers for Congress in CA-25

(Simi Valley) – Dr. Lee Rogers, candidate for Congress in California’s 25th District, announced today that he has picked up the endorsements of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 911 and their umbrella organization, Joint Council 42.
Rogers, a podiatrist, is a member of the Teamsters union.

“We are proud to endorse our brother, Dr. Lee Rogers, for Congress,” said Teamsters Joint Council 42 President Randy Cammack. “He will be a strong voice for the middle class and his constituents in Washington. He will put aside the political shenanigans and focus on solutions for California’s 25th Congressional District and for our country.”

“As a fellow Teamster, Lee Rogers understands the burdens facing working families in Southern California,” said Teamsters Local 911 Secretary-Treasurer Raymond Whitmer. “He is in this for the right reasons and he will provide the leadership and representation his constituents deserve.”

Teamsters Local 911, one of Southern California’s largest unions at over 8,500 members strong, represents City employees in the Cities of Palmdale and Lancaster, a major part of the 25th Congressional District.

Dr. Lee Rogers is a nationally-renowned doctor specializing in podiatry at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, where he co-directs the Amputation Prevention Center. Lee and his wife, Susan, live in Simi Valley where they are raising their two daughters, Emma and Lily.
