Temecula: Newly Constructed Industrial Building Sells for $16.8 Million

MCA Temecula

Temecula, CA – Avison Young, announced today that it has brokered the $16.85-million acquisition of MCA Business Center, a newly constructed 143,689-square-foot industrial building in Temecula, CA.

Avison Young Principal Stan Nowak and Senior Associate Cody Lerner, who are based in the company’s San Diego office, represented the undisclosed buyer, an owner-user who will occupy the entire building. The seller, MCA Realty, was represented by Lee & Associates and CBRE.

“This site was one of very few economically feasible developable parcels of land in Temecula that could accommodate a user of more than 130,000 square feet,” comments Nowak. “MCA Business Center affords our client the ability to consolidate multiple locations under one roof and facilitate future growth.”

Completed in 2018, MCA Business Center is located on Dendy Parkway near Interstate 15 via Winchester Road. The property is within Westside Business Center, a 385-acre master-planned business park that is now 95% built out. Some of the building’s corporate neighbors include Scott’s Turf Supply, Professional Hospital Supply, Oreq, FedEx, Kaiser Permanente, and Milgard Windows.

MCA Business Center features 32-foot clear-height ceilings, 120-foot truck courts, 26 dock-high loading doors, three grade-level doors, 255 skylights and unobstructed views of the Temecula Valley.
