Three Month Business Training & Mentoring Series in Palm Desert

CVWBC ANNOUNCES L.E.A.P. (LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS ATTAINING PROFITABILITY), A THREE MONTH-LONG TRAINING AND MENTORING SERIES!

Palm Desert, California. – The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center (CVWBC) is presenting a new program that is designed to increase business profitability and efficiency through an intensive three month-long program that will take place from July 16 to September 16. The key focuses of the program are to assist existing business owners and leaders to achieve greater profitability through determining obstacles to success, setting goals, creating Mastermind groups, and transformative business practices.

The program, entitled LEAP, (an acronym for Local Entrepreneurs Attaining Profitability), is offered at a cost of $297, with an early registration discount of $47 if registered before July 1. It will feature an initial assessment designed to discover barriers to success/profitability, preparation of a goal-filled action plan and a series of Mastermind group calls and accountability partnerships.

Facilitating the program will be Kristin Petrovich Kennedy, President and Founder of Createasphere, a company that began in the entertainment and media industry working to design and produce conferences, tradeshows, and workshops worldwide, before concentrating on serving as a business consultancy for the industry. A “serial entrepreneur”, Ms .Petrovich Kennedy has launched, built, acquired and sold businesses throughout her business career, and works closely with CVWBC, CSUSB, and within the entertainment industry in Hollywood to promote diversity in entrepreneurship.

Of the upcoming program, Ms. Petrovich Kennedy says, “I look forward to leading this impactful program that is designed with new insights, practices, and business understanding that is key for owners and business leaders who are seeking more profitability and increased efficiency.”

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The CVWBC is a grant-funded program which provides free business counseling, free and low-cost workshops and events, and mentoring designed for women business owners, but available to all.

The program provides services in English and Spanish to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country. The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
