Incorporating Your Business
The process of incorporating your business can be a difficult one; what forms do you need, what processes will your new company need to follow to comply? Attorney Gary Foltz will discuss forming a corporation; the various forms of organization, selecting the type of organization for you, as well as answering attendee questions.
This workshop will be presented on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 9:00 – 11:30 am at the Workforce Development Center – Southwest located at 30135 Technology Drive in Murrieta.
