Take advantage of the SBA 504 Loan Guarantee Program before time runs out! If you are an existing business owner who is facing a balloon payment or value issues, you won’t want to miss this workshop! Presented by Enterprise Funding and the Small Business Development Center, business owners will learn how to take advantage of the 504 refinance program to avoid costly balloon payments by restructuring debt.
