Victoria Promenade launches commission program at broker open house

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.  (June 16, 2011)— US Hung Wui Investment Inc. hosted a special broker open house at Victoria Promenade last week to reintroduce the Rancho Cucamonga office and retail center to the broker community and announce a special commission program. More than 75 brokers attended the event on June 9, which included a site tour, networking and a catered lunch.

Victoria Promenade is a 136,000 square-foot shopping center and office complex on the northeast corner of Foothill Blvd. and Rochester Ave. Built in 2009, the center is currently occupied by Four Points by Sheraton, Mutual of Omaha Bank, Union 76, Color Tile, Subway, Farmers Insurance, Edward Jones Financial Services and Chronic Tacos.

A special commission program is being offered to outside commercial real estate brokers interested in earning extra income. For any office or retail lease a broker brings to Victoria Promenade they will receive 5 percent commission on the first 5 years of the leasing transaction. The offer is available through Sept. 30, 2011.
