The Mayor and the City Council would like to invite the residents of the City of Fontana to join with them as they celebrate the Grand Opening of the newest Westech College Campus in the heart of Fontana. Westech College is accredited by the by the United States Department of Education recognized Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). In addition to the Fontana campus, Westech has campuses in Ontario, Victorville and Moreno Valley.
Elisa Grey, Economic Development Manager for the City says, “The opening of Westech College’s Fontana campus is another economic engine for this City and the region and continues Fontana’s commitment to be “Open for Business.”. Westech also supports Fontana’s commitment to education by offering additional opportunities for those seeking advanced technical training in various disciplines, thereby creating a foundation for future growth. It is our expectation that the students, who will attend Westech College, will obtain training that will assist them in obtaining employment or advance their professional careers.”
The Westech College Fontana campus Grand Opening will be on Friday, July 26, 2013 from 11:00 am to 1:00pm, 9460 Sierra Avenue, and will include entertainment and refreshments.
