Wildwood Park Improvement Proposal

SAN BERNARDINO, August 25-The City of San Bernardino is considering a proposal to build new ball fields and renovate Wildwood Park through a joint-use partnership that would dedicate $1.3 million to park improvements and bring an additional $100,000 per year in sales taxes to the City.

The City has scheduled a community meeting to for Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 5050 North Sierra Way in San Bernardino to bring information to the community about the proposal and to take questions and feedback from the public.

Speakers will include: Mickey Valdivia, Director of Parks, Recreation and & Community Services, City of San Bernardino
Mark Persico, Community Development Director, City of San Bernardino, Alex Lucero, Executive Director, Real Journey Academies, and Patrick Wood, Partner at Yavitz Companies, Inc.
