Workforce Investment Board of San Bernardino County hosts Ignite Your Brand Seminar

Business workshop offers strategic marketing, advertising and enhanced communication tips

WHAT: Small businesses and entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend this free seminar that will offer valuable tips to strengthen marketing, advertising, and communications skills. The seminar will discuss how to implement effective communications and advertising strategies, budgeting, results tracking and public relations campaigns to strengthen your business. All attendees will receive one free hour of consulting with Ron Stark from Ignite Marketing.

Registration for this no-cost event is limited.

This business workshop is part of a series of events designed by the Workforce Investment Board of San Bernardino County to help County employers grow by becoming more competitive and increase employment of the region’s workforce. Last year, 1,500 businesses were assisted through workshops on marketing, cost cutting, process improvement and human resources.

About the Workforce Investment Board of San Bernardino County

The Workforce Investment Board of San Bernardino County is comprised of private business representatives and public partners appointed by the County Board of Supervisors.  The Board strives to strengthen the skills of the County’s workforce through partnerships with business, education and community-based organizations.  The County Board of Supervisors is committed to providing county resources which generate jobs and investment.

The Workforce Investment Board, through the County’s Economic Development Agency and Workforce Development Department, operates the County’s Employment Resource Centers (ERCs) and Business Resource Centers (BRCs). The ERCs provide individuals with job training, placement and the tools to strengthen their skills to achieve a higher quality of life. The BRCs support and provide services to the County’s businesses including employee recruitment.
