Jurupa Valley, CA – Join your neighbors at Reach Out’s Community Fair on Saturday October 14, 2017 in partnership with the City of Jurupa Valley and Healthy Jurupa Valley Coalition. This year’s community fair will be at the corner of Mission Blvd and Riverview in Jurupa Valley from 9:00AM – 2:00PM.
In past years, Reach Out and community partners have provided over 2,500 community members with free health screenings, family activities, and local resources. This year over 35 health professionals will be on-site for physical exams, dental exams, glucose screenings, blood pressure, mammograms, cholesterol exams, vision exams, and more!This fair is designed to provide resources and medical screenings to those in need and possibly without health care.
The overall goal of the community fair is to promote good health, prevention awareness, community engagement and family fun. Free food, live entertainment, kid activities, games, and giveaways will be provided by Reach Out and local businesses. Join us and over 100 local vendors, health screeners, and much more for a fun filled day at Reach Out’s community fair in partnership with the City of Jurupa Valley and Healthy Jurupa Valley Coalition
