Riverside, CA – RP&B CPAs, is pleased to announce the admission of Michael Zermeño, CPA as a shareholder. Mr. Zermeño has been working with entrepreneurs for over 15 years helping them interpret financial results, make improvements and achieve their goals. At RP&B CPAs, Michael is an integral part of the Accounting and Audit Department where he works with privately held businesses to review, audit, and prepare financial statements for compliance requirements, year-end and consulting projects.

He is particularly experienced in GAAP, ESOP accounting and employee benefit plan audits. He has spent the past six years working with ESOP companies assisting them before, during and after their transactions. Mr. Zermeño becomes a shareholder as the firm continues to expand in presence and reputation. RP&B CPAs moved the office location to 3550 Vine Street, Suite 110, Riverside, CA 92507 in late 2018 to accommodate for additional staff and planned growth. Bryan Ramirez, CPA, Devin Tamayo and Lindsey Garcia have recently joined the firm in the Tax and Compliance Department.
RP&B CPAs is a strong community partner. The firm recently participated in the Manufacturers’ Council of the Inland Empire 8th Annual Manufacturers’ Summit. Each year, the firm selects a local charity to collectively support and they collected over $12,000 in 2018 for Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco, California.
