Rosena Fountains offers 69 units of affordable apartments for low and very low-income families.

Fontana, CA – The City of Fontana and Related California (Related) will open Rosena Fountains, a 69-unit affordable apartment community for low and very low-income families located on 4.36 acres of land in the City of Fontana. Located at 9451 Olive Street, Fontana, CA 92335, it is a public-private partnership with Related California, LaBarge Industries, Housing Partners I, and Fontana Housing Authority, Rosena Fountains is Related’s eighth affordable development to open in Fontana since 2003. The City of Fontana is committed to providing high-quality, affordable housing with market rate architecture and amenities.

Rosena Fountains consists of forty-eight (48) two-bedroom units and twenty-one (21) three-bedroom units located in six (6) residential buildings. The community offers 3,915 square feet of community space accommodating leasing and management offices, on-site social services offices, a computer lab, community room, and multipurpose room. Other amenities include a swimming pool, barbecue area, two (2) central laundry rooms, two (2) tot lots, and gated resident parking. All units include energy-efficient windows and lighting, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and floor and window coverings. On-site services are provided by LifeSTEPS and will include after-school programs and educational classes. Eight (8) units have been reserved for Project-Based Section 8 residents.

Related Management Company will provide property management services.  The community’s architect is Withee Malcolm Architects and Construction Resource Management served as the Construction Manager.
