The San Bernardino County Workforce Investment Board is hosting a a monthly business excellence training program designed for small businesses. The Operations Management class will help small business owners solve day-to-day operational challenges. Meeting clients requirements while ensuring quality of product/services and containing costs is one of the biggest challenges of any business manager. The learning objectives include: quality management evolution, process thinking, value analysis, flow-charts. Modules take-away will be driving quick and significant process improvements to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, production and product delivery.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Business Excellence Module Completion; participants of all business excellence module will receive a Certificate of Business Excellence Program Completion.
