CSUSB Women’s Business Center Launches “ABC’s Of Starting Your Own Business” Workshop For Aspiring Business Owners
ONTARIO, Calif.– The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host a workshop on Tuesday, July 19, to help people who are considering launching a new business.
“ABC’s of Starting Your Own Business” is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Ontario Public Library, located at215 E. C Street, in Ontario. The workshop will be facilitated by Rachel Wolfinbarger, Training Coordinator at the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center.
“ABC’s of Starting Your Own Business,” will be an interactive discussion on the role of an entrepreneur and will present the steps to take when starting a business. Participants will obtain contact information for the myriad of entities that are part of the start-up process and discover the sources of funding available to local existing and aspiring small business owners.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.
The program provides services in English and Spanish toLatinabusiness owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country.
The Inland Empire Women’sBusinessCenter’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only. The center also has a part-time outreach office inCorona, where it meets clients by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
