Mr. Alexander is running for the Board to improve San Bernardino schools so they can be the best place for students to study, work and grow as young adults, especially during these tough trying times. Some of the issues Mr. Alexander would like to focus on are student retention, fiscal oversight of tax payer dollars, as well as increase public and private partnerships (internships). Mr. Alexander also graduated of Harvard’s University prestigious Leadership Institute.
Mr. Alexander believes that outstanding educational opportunities should be available to all children. Mr. Alexander thinks education programs such as music, art, and physical education can spark a lifelong love of learning in children with an emphasis on the celebration of society’s diversities and the need to be tolerant of different points of views, cultures and backgrounds.
