Martin “Marty” Ralph from Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California San Diego as the keynote speaker for the 13th Annual San Bernardino County Water Conference slated for Friday, Aug. 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A networking breakfast will precede the conference and will be held from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
