CAPSBC 14th Annual Turkey Giveaway Saturday, November 23
San Bernardino, Ca – Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) and the Young Visionaries Youth Leadership Academy will host their annual Turkey Giveaway and Resource Fair on Saturday, November 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Turkeys and food boxes will be provided for up to 1,000 families who will also be able to access resources, goods and services at the free Resource Fair featuring over 30 vendors. Turkey and food bags will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to low-income San Bernardino County residents with photo ID. There is a limit of one turkey per household.
There will be a special Kids Zone set up with a jump house, popcorn and a cotton candy machine. CAPSBC would like to thank Kaiser Permanente for their generous support of this year’s Turkey Giveaway.
Now in its 14th year, the Turkey Giveaway and Resource Fair will be held on Saturday, November 23, at Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County, 696 S. Tippecanoe Ave., San Bernardino, CA 92408. Due to limited space, attendee parking will be off-site at the Forest Headquarters on Tippecanoe north of the CAPSBC site. Attendees should come prepared to transport turkeys and food bags. Assistance will be available for seniors and disabled individuals.
