The College of Extended Learning at Cal State San Bernardino will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Center of Global Innovation (CGI) building on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 1-2 p.m. at the construction site behind the university’s John M. Pfau Library. All members of the campus community are invited.
