As California continues to grapple with affordability, a panel of esteemed experts will discuss the broad picture of affordability and the role water pricing plays in this important conversation. Dr. Kurt Schwabe will discuss the results of a recently completed study on water affordability in the context of the rising cost of living in the Inland Empire. Katie Porter will be speak about a recently completed whitepaper on water rate-setting, shedding light on the statewide drivers that impact the cost of water.
