For current human resources professionals or those who plan to enter the field, the College of Extended Learning at Cal State San Bernardino offers two classes in September that apply to its Certificate in Human Resources Management.  The 10-week, in-depth courses starting this month are “Fundamentals of HR Management” and “Legal Aspects of HR Management.” The courses will cover a wide variety of topics relating to essential human resources management functions as well as current state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Each 10-week course is $420 (includes class materials and three units of university credit).  “Fundamentals of HR Management” meets on Monday evenings from 6-9 p.m., Sept. 27-Nov.29.  “Legal Aspects of HR Management” meets on Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m., Sept. 29-Dec. 1.  Both courses will be held in the Yasuda Center at Cal State San Bernardino.  To register or request a Course Catalog, call (909) 537-3910, e-mail cgalvan@csusb.edu, or visit http://cel.csusb.edu.
