Supervisory Skills Development Course Offered
Cal State San Bernardino’s College of Extended Learning offers a special series of courses this spring that will help both new supervisors and those who aspire to supervisory roles. The Supervisory Skills Development Certificate will be held on two Saturdays in April (April 14 and 28) and includes courses on five topics that are a must for those making the transition from colleague to supervisor.
Topics in the certificate program include Your Role as Supervisor, Leading with Confidence, Building Effective Teams, Decision Making and Problem Solving, and Time and Project Management. The class instructor is Daniel Logue, President of Logue & Associates, a business and human resources consulting firm. Logue has over 25 years of management experience. The cost for the certificate is $269 per person or $255 per person for three or more from the same organization (includes both session dates, workbook and class materials).
