Upcoming Small Business Seminar – Managing Different Personalities
Managing Different Personalities
Employers are often challenged with managing different personality types within the workplace. For example introverts and extraverts approach life from different angles; each has their own strengths and unique skill set. How can an employer effectively manage each to create a cohesive and productive organization?
